Labyrinths of memory
(…) In the exhibition AQVA sobre ÁGUA Lourdes Fisa makes an artistic installation where liquid and aerial as well as corporeal and ethereal works converge. It takes root in the past, taking back the nudity forms from archeological remains. Right before our eyes, the ancient architecture is once again shown as a result of human talent and days’ marks.
Lourdes Fisa reproduced, hanging images in the air, the emptiness bathed by light that is flooding in the room through the windows.
(…) The essential water and the erected aqueduct tell us about who we were, and who we will be. Lourdes Fisa, getting inspired by these to offer us AQVA sobre ÁGUA, dignifies and enlarges our life experience.
